Rental Policies and Procedures



Reserving Equipment

• Reservations are recommended in order to guarantee the items wanted. Reservation deposits are required.

Pricing and Ordering

• List prices are a one-day charge, which includes a day to pick up, one day of use and a day to return, excluding Sundays and Holidays. If you wish to rent items for an extended time, please call for special rates.

• All rental charges are for time out, whether used or not.

• Prices are subject to change without notice; however, reservations honored at prices quoted.

• Availability subject to quantities on hand less prior reservations.

• Changes (reductions and deletions) can be made up until noon 2 days before delivery or customer pick up. (After that, orders are packed, staged and invoiced and cannot be reduced.)

• Additions will be accepted until 9:00 A.M. of the day of delivery (if truck has not left) or until time of customer pick up - and will be packed and invoiced as a separate order.

Payment and Deposit

• Payment in full due when possession of equipment is taken.

• Reservation deposit of at least 20% required on all orders. Reservations including a tent or canopy require a 50% Deposit.

• Special order items may require a non refundable payment which will be specified when reserved.

• All orders cancelled less than 10 days prior to event forfeit deposit.

• Shortages must be reported prior to the event or the invoice quantities will be considered received.

Delivery and Pick-up

• Basic delivery and pickup available on minumim orders of $50 in the Greater Tacoma area. Charges based on destination.

• Basic delivery/pick-up is Monday through Saturday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. main floor, front door or with elevator above grade (does not include set-up and take down).

• We are happy to accommodate other time requirements and services at an additional charge (must be arranged for in advance with our office staff).

Returns

• All items come to you clean, polished and ready to use,
and must be returned clean (except linens). Some include special cleaning instructions in the packing when necessary. Failure to return items free of food will result in additional charges.

• Prior to pick up or return, all equipment should be free of food and replaced in their delivery containers. Linens should be dry and refuse free to prevent mildew and staining. Tables, chairs and other rental items should be gathered in a single location for convenient pick up.

• Responsibility for rental items remains with the customer from delivery to return. Customers are responsible for all breakage and lost equipment including containers and rolling carts, with payment due on the return date. All items should be secured and protected from harmful weather conditions.
